Booking Terms & Conditions.

All bookings accepted by Lakeshores are subject to the conditions below

Full payment is required at the time of booking if the total tariff is less than $500.00 .

If the deposit or payment is by cheque or money order, it must be received by us within 5 working days. If made by Bank Transfer, it must be deposited into our account within 48 hours. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the reservation will be cancelled.

PAYMENT: The full balance is payable on or before arrival.

The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

SECURITY BOND: If the deposit or payment is by Credit Card, a pre-authorisation of $250.00 is required and will be pre-authorised the day before arrival. If the deposit or payment is by cheque, money order or bank transfer, an additional $250.00 security bond is required on or before arrival. (Balance of tariff + $250.00).

Provided the property is left in a tidy state and no damages or loss of property is found on your departure, and no additional charges apply (excess cleaning costs, unauthorised guests, etc.) & the MiniMax Internet Modem, if included, is returned in good condition, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled or the bond reimbursed by Bank Transfer or cheque after departure. All damages, breakages, regardless of cost, must be paid for. Any additional Internet access, if applicable, will be charged as a separate item after departure,

OUTSIDE NOISE (& POOL HOURS Where applicable): As our properties are in residential areas, pool hours are STRICTLY between 7.00 am - 9.30 p.m. and all outside noise at ALL OUR PROPERTIES must cease by 10.30 pm.
PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Failure to observe these conditions will result in immediate eviction with all payments forfeited.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Exceeding the number of guests booked to occupy the property will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with all payments forfeited.

PETS:
Dogs are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and only at some of our properties (Generally outdoors only). An additional security bond may be required. Failure to disclose animals on arrival will result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

FORWARD RESERVATIONS: Whilst we endeavour to forecast the economy, we reserve the right to charge the tariff ruling at time of arrival on all bookings made 3 months or more in advance.

CANCELLATIONS: We accept cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Deposits on cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will only be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $75.00, if and when the accommodation is re-let for the full term of the cancellation. Part cancellations will not be accepted.

All bookings are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
