has both air conditioning and ceiling fans with sliding doors out onto the top deck
providing 180 degree ocean views.

lounge area.

 Dogs
are allowed, subject to Health Regulations, with undercover sleeping areas for
them. (STRICTLY OUTDOORS ONLY) and a $250.00 Bond is required, payable in
advance.

residential area and pool hours are STRICTLY between 7.00 am - 9.30 p.m. and all
outside noise must cease by 10.30 pm. Failure to observe these conditions will
result in immediate eviction. We do not accept groups of young
adults without a Security Bond of $500.00.
