resides on our own servers in Australia. All transactions are handled by our own
staff and no other 3rd parties or websites are involved.
The system is secure, intuitive and quick
& easy to use, however, if you have a question or difficulty that we
haven't answered below, please don't hesitate to

We endeavour to offer the lowest rates possible relative to our costs. Our
nightly rates are, therefore,
calculated on

1. The length of your stay. 2.
The time of the year. 3. The number of guests 4. The individual property.
The simplest way to
check the tariff for a given period is to open the
Search &
Availability Page if not already open.
1. Select the area you
prefer
(Lakeside, Beachside or Raffertys
Resort)
2. Enter your Check-in & Check-out dates
3. Enter the number of guests
4. Enter a Promotion Code (if applicable)
(See current
promotions)
5. Click
the Check Availability button.
The system will select and show all the
properties that are available for the period you're looking at that suit
your particular criteria, together with the total rate for your stay with our
"Stay longer
... Pay less" discount already applied.
(If there are no properties
available for the Area you selected, OBM will show all other available
properties)

on each particular property by clicking the More Info link above each
tariff.

individual properties by clicking the link at the bottom of each property's
feature page on our websites and following the Steps 2 to 4 above.

When I make a
reservation, are my Credit Card details secure?

Yes,
totally. Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used on all transactions,
the same system used by Banks and other financial institutions.
This industry standard technology assures you that your personal information is
100% safe,
A padlock symbol will appear on your Brower once the system transfers to the
secure site and the web address will start with https:// which also indicates
that the site is secure.
The information you provide is always under our control and no 3rd party sites are involved. Your credit card payment
is
taken manually over a secure connection in our offices and you receive an auto
generated confirmation to confirm that your booking has been registered. You
then receive an email receipt as soon as we process your credit card deposit,
followed by a 3rd email advising you that your reservation has been confirmed.
You may also book online
with Bank Transfer, however, your deposit or payment must be received into our
Bank account within 48 hours or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
On receipt of your deposit, you receive an amended reservation to confirm your
booking.

What does "Order
properties by area" mean?
If your
preference of location is, say, for somewhere near the beach, clicking the
BEACHSIDE radio button will bring up all the available Beachside properties
first. The available properties in other areas will appear after the Beachside
properties.
If there are no properties
currently available for your preferred location, OBM will show the next area
with properties that are available

This will occur if there are no properties available in that
particular area for the dates and number of guests. The system will show
all other available properties.

minimum stay applies to the period I'm looking for?
We
have a minimum stay of 2 nights on all our properties (Min. 3 nights may
apply for
bookings 3 or more months in advance) and other minimums may
apply over school holidays, special local events, Christmas, Easter etc.

I wish to
stay at a particular property. How do I
check the availability to see when it is available?
You can check availability
and tariffs for a particular property by firstly,
ensuring that all properties are showing on the Search Engine. (click on your
preferred area (LAKESIDE - BEACHSIDE -
RESORT ACCOMMODATION) at the top of the page (in black type).
On the right hand
side beside each property's name, there are 3 links -
Map - Check Availability
- More Info. You can check availability in monthly blocks by clicking
Check Availability and precise dates with the tariff calculated by
clicking More Info and entering the dates using the small calendar
icons together with the number of guests.

Am I able to book more
than one property at the same time?
Each property needs be booked individually. When you select your 1st property to book, the
Reservation Details page
will open in a new
window. Complete the transaction and once the Booking is finalised, close the
window.
Repeat the process to book a 2nd or 3rd property. Enter your email address as a
returning customer. OBM will automatically fill in your personal details except
Credit Card details for security reasons. Complete the transaction and once the
additional Booking is finalised, close the window.

What is the Promotion
Code box for?
From
time to time, we may have special promotions that usually appear on either our
Home Page or Our Property Range page. Click
HERE for
any current promotions.

people but, when we search for available properties for this number, nothing
shows up as being available.
The
On-Line Booking Manager searches for available properties that can
accommodate the total number of persons entered in one property. As the maximum number of guests any
one property can accommodate is 13, if the numbers entered are more than 13 or
if our larger properties aren't available, the system will return a "no
properties available" message and you will need to select a number of
properties to accommodate your needs.
By limiting the number of
guests to, say, 4 or 6, in your initial search, OBM will show a range of of
properties (subject to availability) and you can then select each property
individually, by checking the maximum number of guests for each property and
clicking the More Info link for each
property to calculate tariffs.
