Booking terms & Conditions

The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

If the deposit or payment is made by Bank Transfer, it must be deposited into our account within 3 working days. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the reservation will be cancelled.

SECURITY BOND: An additional security deposit of $250.00 per property is required prior to arrival to ensure that the property is treated fairly. If the initial deposit or payment is made by Credit Card, a pre-authorisation of the availability of sufficient funds in the account to cover this amount, should it be required, will be made on the day of arrival. If the initial deposit or payment is made by Bank Transfer, the security bond is additional to the total rental and is payable before arrival (Total tariff + security bond).

Whilst reasonable cleaning costs are included in the tariff, all excess cleaning costs, unauthorised guests and all breakages and damages, regardless of cost, MUST be paid for and will be deducted from the security bond with any additional costs over and above the amount of the bond, payable on demand.

SECURITY BOND REFUND: If the bond is secured by Credit Card, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled or, if paid by Bank Transfer, refunded after departure, subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state and no damages or loss of property are found.

FINAL PAYMENT: The full balance is payable 7days prior to arrival. This includes the Security Bond, if applicable. (See above) We will advise the balance outstanding before we charge the balance and send the Security Code required to gain access to your property either on the day we charge the balance or the funds are received into our Bank Account.

OUTSIDE NOISE & POOL HOURS (where applicable): Pool hours are STRICTLY between 7.00 am - 9.00 p.m. and all outside noise must cease by 10.30 pm.

PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN & WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR SCHOOLIES, HEN OR STAG NIGHTS. Excess consumption of alcohol and any drug use will not the tolerated. Failure to observe these conditions will result in the Police being called and immediate eviction with all payments forfeited.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Exceeding the number of guests booked to occupy the property will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with all payments forfeited.

PETS: Animals are not allowed unless arranged before the booking is made. As Raffertys Resort is in a National Park, animals are strictly forbidden.

AMENITIES We provide Starter Packs of tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, toilet paper, etc. only. As our properties are self catering, you need to bring your own bulk supplies.

FORWARD RESERVATIONS: Whilst we endeavour to forecast the economy, we reserve the right to charge the tariff ruling at time of arrival on all bookings made 3 months or more in advance.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check -In is after 2.00 pm & Check-Out is 10.00 am unless prior arrangements have been made. Access to all our properties (except B&B's) is via a security coded lockbox and we will contact you prior to your arrival with your pin number, instructions & directions to the property.

EXPRESS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Guests must phone us on arrival on 4945 4224. (If our offices are closed when you arrive, please leave a message). Guests MUST phone us on departing. Failure to do so will incur a $75.00 Security Check Fee and possible Late Check-out charges. The property must be left tidy, with all washing up done, wet towels placed in the bathroom, all doors and windows locked and the key placed back into the lockbox and the tumblers spun to hide the code.
