Blackbutt Townhouse #100 is a large family home located in beautiful Lake Macquarie on the grounds of Raffertys Resort. Getaway from the busy city life and enjoy resort-style living, from the 4 onsite pools, tennis courts, onsite boat hire, restaurants, boat ramp and jetty, this townhouse has everything you need for the perfect holiday.

Sleeping up to 9 guests, Townhouse #100 is located just close to the heated pool, and it is only a short walk to the other onsite facilities. The main floor of the home feature an open planned living area with plenty of seating for all, a TV with Foxtel and DVD player. Enjoy the afternoon breeze on the balcony, there is an outdoor table, where you can sit and enjoy a meal.

The ground floor has an additional lounge area and an enclosed room with two single beds and ensuite with shower and toilet. There is also a loft, which can be used as an additional lounge room area or bedroom with two single beds and a trundle bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

The garage is not available for guest use. Parking is available in the driveway, please take care as it is a little steep. Additional parking is available throughout the resort in designated parking spaces.
