Cancellations made 4 or more weeks before the arrival date - Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.
Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the arrival date – Cancellation fee of the full deposit applies unless the property is re-booked for the full period of the booking. If the property is re-booked, the deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
The booking and deposit may be moved to other dates, provided it is for the same or more number of nights and for the same property, without charge (The tariff may change, subject to the time of the year and number of guests).
Public holidays including Long Weekends, NSW School Holidays, Easter, Christmas, the State SLS Championships and Special Events.
Cancellations made 12 weeks or more before the arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $200 cancellation fee then applies.

Part cancellations will not be accepted and final payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
Please note that we cannot accept Bank Transfer payments for new reservations or final payments made within 6 days of arrival.
