Walk to the Beach

It has three separate lounging areas including the main living room with polished timber floors, tasteful furnishings and TV, DVD & CD player.

The modern dining room adjoins both the kitchen and living rooms and features modern style high back chairs with upholstered seats and a large glass top table.
The fully equipped kitchen i includes a dishwasher, micro wave oven, full size fridge and plenty of bench and storage space.

Seaview 2 has a huge Master bedroom with a Q.S. bed, its own en-suite bathroom with shower & bath and sliding doors opening out onto the rear balcony.

As well as the Master bedroom, there is a second bedroom with a D.S. bed while the third bedroom has two S.S. beds, All rooms have plenty of built in storage space.

The Unit also has a second bathroom with shower and tub bath.

There is also a hide-away laundry in the Master bedroom ensuite. A fully automatic washing machine & clothes dryer are included, together with an iron & ironing board.

The property is fenced and gated with undercover parking for 2 vehicles with plenty of additional space for other vehicles or boats and a shady, undercover BBQ area.

Add the Ground floor (Interconnected by a door) and you have Seaview, the entire property accommodating up to 10 people.
The second master bedroom has a QS bed and adjoins a den/dining area with polished timber floors, a DB sleeper sofa and a 5 pce. dinette setting.

To make life easier the ground floor also features a second kitchen with fridge, microwave oven and 4 plate cook top stove.

The living area also has a 2nd TV, DVD & CD player so you can the kids can watch their shows while you watch yours upstairs.

A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 250.00 AUD

Booking Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date less a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover bank & merchant fees.

Deposits on cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will only be accepted if they fall within non peak times (See below), less a cancellation fee of $75.00.

Cancellation for Peak Periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays, Sporting & Special Events, etc.) will not be accepted and the full tariff must be paid unless we are able to re-let the property for the full term of the cancellation. If the property is rebooked, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply. Part cancellations will not be accepted.

All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN. - Access to all our properties is via a security coded lockbox and we will contact you prior to your arrival with your pin number, instructions & directions to the property. Our guests staying at Raffertys Resort also go directly to their property ..... THERE'S NO NEED TO LINE UP AT RECEPTION OR BE CONCERNED THAT OUR OFFICES MAY BE CLOSED ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
