 We accept cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date less a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover bank & merchant fees.
Deposits on cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will only be accepted if they fall within non peak times (See below), less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellation for Peak Periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays, Sporting & Special Events, etc.) will only be accepted if and when the accommodation is re-let for the full term of the cancellation. Part cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival will not be accepted and the full tariff must be paid unless we are able to re-let the property for the full term of the cancellation. If the property is rebooked, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply. Part cancellations will not be accepted. All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
EXPRESS CHECK-IN. -
Access to all our properties is via a security coded lockbox and we will contact you prior to
your arrival with your pin number, instructions & directions to the property. Our guests staying at Raffertys Resort also go directly to their property ..... THERE'S NO NEED TO LINE UP AT RECEPTION OR BE CONCERNED THAT OUR OFFICES MAY BE CLOSED ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Please note that we cannot accept Bank Transfer payments for reservations made within 7 days of arrival. |
