The ground floor also has a large open plan family room and even has an open fireplace for those cooler nights..

As well as reverse cycle air conditioning, there are ceiling fans throughout all the ground floor rooms, including the bedrooms and all the downlights are fitted with dimmer switches to create a relaxing and soothing environment..

The lounge room takes up the entire first floor of the home and has a full leather lounge and all the entertainment requirements you'll want for a relaxing time-out including a large TV, DVD & CD players. It even includes a Bar and servery..

Booking Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date less a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover bank & merchant fees.

Deposits on cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will only be accepted if they fall within non peak times (See below), less a cancellation fee of $75.00.

Cancellation for Peak Periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays, Sporting & Special Events, etc.) will not be accepted and the full tariff must be paid unless we are able to re-let the property for the full term of the cancellation. If the property is rebooked, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply. Part cancellations will not be accepted.
