The property is fully self contained, with its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry and off street parking.

Seagrass flooring and modern furnishings provide a "by the sea" atmosphere while the decorator divan, modern decor and open plan layout provides that "get away from it all" feeling.

The Studio has a flat screen TV, DVD player and I pod compatible sound system.

The kitchen includes a full size fridge and microwave oven and is handy to both the front and rear decks.

Sliding glass doors open onto the private, shaded front deck which looks out across the roadway to natural bushland. A large gas BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge furniture encourage al fresco dining or a quite glass of whatever after a day at the beach.

The private rear deck is also accessed by large sliding doors and looks out onto open parkland.

The bedroom has a DS bed and is cunningly hidden from the living areas by a double slatted partition which also incorporates hanging space.

A ceiling fan provides gentle air circulation for these warmer nights.
