swings in the huge back yard.

renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ceramic cook-top, large,
family size fridge and a dishwasher.
Opening onto the
main living area, it is ideal for casual beachside food preparation and
entertaining.
Even preparing
lunchtime snack is a joy as you look out onto the deck and ocean which is only a
couple of minutes walk away.
The owners kept
the 140 year old timber back step to the cottage in its original position (which
now forms the entry to the living areas) which shows the wear thousands of
footsteps over the years.
The home has
ceiling fans and air conditioning in the living areas and the
property catches the cooling sea breezes in the Summer months and the north east
sun through large floor to ceiling windows in those cooler periods.
With 4 bedrooms,
all with wardrobes and drawer space, the cottage can accommodate up to 8.

The grounds are
huge, with plenty of room to toss a ball or even have a game of cricket and
there are also a set of swings for the kids.

boogie boards & beach umbrellas

by the local Life Saving Club during the Summer
Small companion dogs are
allowed indoors (large dogs outdoors only) however, while there are
undercover areas for the dogs to sleep, the yards are NOT fenced
