The SurfSpray
Pavilions
has two separate sections - linked by a covered external staircase. The top
section,
SurfSpray Ocean
Pavilion, contains
a kitchen, dining facilities, two bedrooms linked by the
bathroom and an additional separate toilet off the living area hallway. The spacious living area has glazed folding doors that open back to
the outdoor covered deck.
The lower
half of the property,
SurfSpray Beach
Pavilion, also contains a
kitchen, two bedrooms with an interconnecting bathroom, an
extra large living room, separate toilet and a large covered deck. Each of the
decks has ocean views and speakers connected to the sound system.
