floor, each with a QS bed, 2 other bedrooms, one with 2 x SS beds and the other
with 1 x SS bed.
There's also a DB sleeper sofa in
the first floor living room.
Each floor has its own bathroom, one with
a large corner spa.
The main kitchen on the first floor
features a dishwasher, micro wave oven, bench top hotplates, oven and fridge and
there is a second kitchen on the ground floor, together with a built-in Bar area
with sliding doors out onto the pool deck.
The fully carpeted 1st floor fully living room
has both air conditioning and ceiling fans with sliding doors out onto the top deck
providing 180 degree ocean views.

tiled entry foyer has a second living area and opens onto the pool deck and to 2 bedrooms and the
second bathroom with spa.
Both the downstairs family room and 1st
floor The living areas have TVs with DVD and CD players in the first floor
lounge area.
Undercover
cover parking for 2 vehicles + with room for the boat completes the
picture.

outside noise must cease by 10.30 pm. Failure to observe these conditions will
result in immediate eviction. We do not accept groups of young

storey holiday home can accommodate up to 9 guests and is the ideal beachside
escape for the large or extended family. ... It's not the Ritz but it is a big
comfortable home with a large swimming pool, 180 degree ocean views, 2
