Together with Seaview 2, the addition of the ground floor is perfect for large and extended family groups and provides accommodation for up to ten guests (min. 5)

The ground floor Unit adds accommodation for up to 4 more people and combines with the first floor Seaview 2 Unit to make up the Seaview Complex.

Interconnected by a door to the fully self contained first floor (Seaview 2), the addition of the ground floor adds an extra master bedroom, family room, kitchen, den, shower, toilet and laundry. .................... Accommodates up to 12 persons,

The second master bedroom has a QS bed and adjoins a den/dining area with polished timber floors, a DB sleeper sofa and a 5 piece dinette setting.

To make life easier the ground floor also features a second modern kitchen with fridge, microwave oven and 4 plate cook top stove.

 The living area also has a 2nd TV, DVD & CD player so you can the kids can watch their shows while you watch yours upstairs.

As well as the 2 bathrooms on the first floor, the ground floor also has a separate shower & toilet as well as a fully equipped laundry, including a clothes dryer.
