Seaview 2 has a huge fully carpeted Master bedroom with a Queen size bed, new built in robes, en-suite bathroom with shower & bath and sliding doors opening out onto the rear balcony.

 As well as the Master bedroom, there is a second bedroom with a D.S. bed while the third bedroom has two S.S. beds, All rooms have plenty of built in storage space.

The Unit also has a second bathroom with shower and tub bath.

There is  also a hide-away laundry in the Master bedroom ensuite. A fully automatic washing machine are included, together with an iron & ironing board.

The property  is fenced and gated with  undercover parking for 2 vehicles with plenty of additional space for other vehicles or boats and a  shady, undercover BBQ area.

Dogs are allowed, subject to Health Regulations, with undercover sleeping areas for them. (STRICTLY OUTDOORS ONLY) and a $250.00 Bond is required, payable in advance.

Add the Ground floor (Interconnected by a door) and you have Seaview, the entire property accommodating up to 12 people.
