Can I only stay one night? ... We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, 3 nights for Long weekends, public holiday NSW school holidays and local special events. There is a 5 night minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year school holiday period. (Back)
How do I find your rates? ... Our rates are calculated on a seasonal basis and we deduct "Stay Longer, Pay Less discounts depending on your length of stay. We also offer other special discounts from time to time.
To check rates, open the online Search page, enter the dates of your stay and the number of guests, then click the Check Availability button. Our system will bring up all available properties that suit your criteria, together with the total net tariff for the stay and the average nightly rate. (Back)
Cancellation for Peak Periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays, Sporting & Special Events, etc.), less than 6 weeks before arrival, will not be accepted and the full tariff must be paid unless we are able to re-let the property for the full term of the cancellation. If the property is rebooked, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply. Part cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival will not be accepted and the full tariff must be paid unless we are able to re-let the property for the full term of the cancellation. What is your cancellation policy? ... We accept cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date less a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover bank & merchant fees. Deposits on cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will only be accepted if they fall within non peak times (See below), less a cancellation fee of $75.00.
All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. (Back)
Where do I collect the key? ... Access to all our properties is via a security coded lockbox and we will contact you prior to your arrival with your pin number, instructions & directions to the property. Our guests staying at Raffertys Resort also go directly to their property ..... THERE'S NO NEED TO LINE UP AT RECEPTION OR BE CONCERNED THAT OUR OFFICES MAY BE CLOSED ON YOUR ARRIVAL
Are the kitchens fully equipped? ... All kitchens have fridges, hotplates, microwave ovens, pot, pans, glassware, cutlery & crockery, Most have ovens and dishwashers but check the facilities available on the booking page for each particular property.
If you have particular utensils you use often, such as woks, coffee percolators, rice cookers, etc. we suggest you bring them with you. (Back)
Am I able to change the number of guests I initially book? ... The base rate for our properties include the first four guests. Additional guests over 4 are an extra charge per night. You may change the number of guests (we don't allow more guests than the numbers of beds will sleep) either up or down, up to 24 hours before arrival. Tariffs will be adjusted either way without penalty. (Back)
Can we change the dates of an existing booking? ... Check in & check out dates may be changed, subject to our Cancellation conditions, without charge. (Back)
Can I bring my dog or cat? ... Some of our properties are dog friendly and these are indicated on each property's feature page booking pages,.

What is the age group for children? ... Children are from 2 to 14 years. Infants 2 years and under, not occupying their own bed, are no charge. Cot and high chair hire, if required, is extra. (Back)
I have a group booking, can each property pay for their own or does you need one person to pay? ... All properties need to be booked separately and can be paid for individually. If 2 or more people are sharing, each can pay a share, however, this must be done by phone. Bookings may be also be paid off in instalments. (Back)
