This absolute lake waterfront "fisherman's cottage is nestled on the shores of Swan Bay, just 2 doors away from a boat ramp where you can launch your boat and then tie it up at the seawall in front of the property.

Gaze out over the lake from all areas of the Cottage; take a paddle on the sandy bottom lakes edge or or throw in a fishing line and catch your evening meal.

Decorated with a Balinese flavour, the Waterfront Retreat has a master bedroom with QS bed and built-in wardrobes, 2 SS beds in a portico area looking out onto the lake, simple bathroom with shower recess, kitchen with microwave oven, oven and full size fridge and an open plan lounge and dining areas. .... Small dog friendly.

The compact kitchen is well equipped and looks out over the lake as does the dining and living room.

Reverse cycle air conditioning

The living room pampers you with quality wicker furnishings, polished timber floors, large 127cm flat screen TV, DVD & CD players and there's even an I pod docking station for those times when you can drag your eyes away from the view,

Walk out through the sliding glass doors to an undercover deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture. .... Ideal for al fresco dining or a quite glass of chablis and a good book.

There's also a double sized Balinese style lounge for that essential afternoon nap.

Beyond the deck there is a well maintained grassed foreshore where you can mess with the kids or lie out, take in some sun or read a book.

Don't forget to bring your boat and fishing lines

Tie up your boat at the back door .... The lakes edge has a sandy bottom with deeper water 2 or 3 metres off the seawall.

There is undercover parking for one or two cars and a separate, basic laundry to complete the picture.
