Access is through the front door and down a flight of stairs. This level is air conditioned and has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King Double bed and panoramic lake views and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single size beds.
There is a bathroom with a full size bath and shower and a casual living area, looking out over the lake.
Move down to the next level (the stairs have a staircase barrier gate) to the large open plan living area with wide glass sliding doors to the full width balcony providing 270 degree views.
There is a toddlers Lego play-set as well as an Air Hockey table to keep the kids entertained on those inclement days.
This level also has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a second bathroom.
Go out through the kitchen back door down to the waterfront, jetty and basic laundry room which has an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and a gas BBQ.
Illawong Jetty doesn't pretend to be the Ritz but it provides good, basic holiday accommodation, privacy, magnificent views, a deep water jetty and offers good value, absolute waterfront, family accommodation.
