Lakeshores Self Catering Accommodation manages a number of properties for individual owners in Eastern Lake Macquarie. Family owned and operated by Mark & Christine Hellier, (R.E. Lic. No. 1112985), we own a number of properties ourselves and have been managing holiday and short stay accommodation in Eastern Lake Macquarie since 1996. ... We treat all properties as if they were our own.

We are the largest provider of this type of accommodation in the area with properties in Belmont, Marks Point, Pelican, Swansea, Caves Beach, Catherine Hill Bay and in Raffertys Resort at Cams Wharf.

We strive to be totally professional in everything we do.

Results based Management - Our management fees are based on a % of gross income. We're available 24/7 We treat all our properties as if they were our own and go that just that little further to ensure that our guests' stay with us is an enjoyable one. Access to our properties are by a security pin coded lockbox. We provide the code, directions and maps for our guests within 7 days of arrival and are readily contactable by phone 7 days a week.

Repairs and maintenance to our properties are handled immediately and we do most small jobs ourselves, often at no additional charge to the owner.... We have a select group of Tradesman who attend to other maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. .... We charge our owners ONLY what they charge us.

Duplicated Property Management & On-Line Reservation Systems. - Our Reservation systems are updated within mili-seconds of a booking being made, either on-line or over the phone. Consumer confidence is virtually guaranteed & the risk of double or lost bookings are eliminated. ... Our On-Line booking system is one of the most powerful & secure on the market and resides on our own server.

Professional Marketing. - Our Marketing fees are also based on a % of gross income. Our website is continually optimised and is on the first page of Google, Yahoo, MSN Search and most other popular Search Engines. We also feature prominently on the main Third Party Holiday Accommodation websites, including Stayz, Take A Break, Total Travel, Travel Australia, Hunter Valley Regional Tourism, NSW Tourism and Lake Macquarie Tourism.  

We are also one of the very few accommodation providers to advertise in the Yellow Pages, a valuable source of Corporate Stays and friends visiting relatives in the area.

Professional Cleaning & Housemaid services. - We use only Industry Trained Housemaids and charges are based on a % of gross income. The cleanliness of our properties is paramount in ensuring we meet our guest's expectations on arrival, so we only use cleaners trained in the hospitality industry.

A full Linen Service. - We provide quality percale linen, towels, bath mats, tea and hand towels at a fixed charge per guest. All our linen is professionally cleaned and is discarded as soon as they begin to show signs of wear and tear.

Hospitality Packs. - Washing up liquid & Dishwasher & Laundry powder sachets, Hair shampoo & Conditioners, Soaps, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt & Pepper sachets, etc. are provided at a fixed cost. We don't select the cheapest available, we select quality. .... It's the little things that matter.  

We also arrange other services for you as required, including Grounds maintenance, etc. .... We do not add a margin.
