Property Description

FREE WiFi. 3 x bedroom 2 storey air conditioned family apartment with a Master bedroom with ensuite and spa bath & 2 bedrooms, both with two Single beds and a second bathroom with bath and shower.


The large open plan living area opens onto a full length balcony overlooking the lake and surrounding area.


There is undercover parking for one car, internal access from the garage which has remote control doors and there is ample room for a boat or additional vehicles.


The first floor level is light and airy and features quality tiled floors, fully upholstered sofas, high back dining chairs with solid timber top table, air conditioning and a large open plan living area with quality furnishings, 65 inch Smart TV and CD player. There are expansive lake views and the fully retractable smoked glass stack-a-doors open out onto a large undercover balcony, providing a large indoor/outdoor living and entertainment area.


Food preparation is a joy with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic cook tops and a glorious view from the window down to the lake and beyond.


The fully carpeted Master bedroom with a Queen Sized bed is also on the first floor and is light and airy with ample built in wardrobe space and media streaming TV with DVD player. Lie in bed and enjoy the view through a smoked glass door which opens out directly onto the balcony looking down the road to the lake. The bedroom features its own luxury en suite bathroom with shower and spa bath.


The ground floor has another 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and share a bathroom complete with bath and shower recess.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control where you may need to cancel your reservation with us and, whilst we will endeavour to work towards a solution that is satisfactory for both yourself and our property owner, we have strict Seasonal Cancellation Deadlines which are applicable. We, therefore, recommend that you take out Travel Insurance to cover unexpected illness, accidents, weather events, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our Refund Policy -

Non peak periods

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking- Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.

Cancellations made 4 or more weeks before the arrival date- Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.

Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the arrival date– Cancellation fee of the full deposit applies unless the property is re-booked for the full period of the booking. If the property is re-booked, the deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded.

The booking and deposit may be moved to other dates, provided it is for the same or more number of nights and for the same property, without charge (The tariff may change, subject to the time of the year and number of guests).

Peak periods

Public holidays including Long Weekends, NSW School Holidays, Easter, Christmas, the State SLS Championships and Special Events.

Cancellations made 12 weeks or more before the arrival date– Full deposit unless the property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $200 cancellation fee then applies.

Cancellations made 12 weeks or less before the arrival date– full deposit unless the property is rebooked for the full period of the booking for at least the same tariff. If the property is re-booked a $200 cancellation fee then applies.

Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the arrival date – Cancellation fee of the full amount.

Part cancellations will not be accepted and the final payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.

COVID-19 pandemic

“Book with Confidence” Guarantee for new bookings from 15 May 2020

If you make a booking on one of our homes from the 15 May 2020, you are eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid anytime until Government Restrictions regarding regional holiday travel are no longer in place.

We also understand that circumstances are changing rapidly and if you are travelling for essential purposes and no longer require the accommodation due to something related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will issue a full refund for the total nights not stayed.

Cancellation Policy for existing bookings

If you have an existing booking and you have to cancel due to a Federal Government directive between now and 30 June 2020, you will be entitled to a 12-month credit for your stay. If it is close to your arrival date, we will contact you to process the credit. This date will be extended depending on Government restrictions.

Please note that we cannot accept Bank Transfer payments for new reservations or final payments made within 6 days of arrival.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, etc., may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions charged by these sites. This is outside of Lakeshores' control.
