Take a 60 second stroll over to the the edge of Swansea Channel where you can sit and watch the boats heading out to sea or coming up the Channel into the Lake.


There are scenic walking/cycling tracks at your fingertips and if you've bought your boat or jet ski with you, there's an all weather boat ramp less than 200m away.


The patrolled surf of Blacksmiths Beach is only a 600m walk from your front door along with a children's playground, BBQ and picnic facilities and the very popular Grannys Pool.is close by


Walk out onto the breakwall and be blown away with the amazing views in all directions.and 3 minute drive is all it takes to arrive at lakeside Swansea shopping centre.

Fresh updates throughout, the bungalow features four modern styled bedrooms, two contemporary bathrooms, an open living and dining room through to an air-conditioned kitchen & meals area with boutique french doors opening out onto the small garden. The bedrooms have 1 king bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a bunk bed (Suitable for children)..


At the rear, there's  a covered timber alfresco area that overlooks the level grassed yard that is screened by greenery for privacy.There's also a garage with a convenient drive-through option.

Security Deposit

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 500.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control and we will endeavour to work towards a solution that is satisfactory for both yourself and our property owner. Generally our Refund Policy is -

Non peak periods.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking -Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.

Cancellations made 4 or more weeks before the arrival date - Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.

Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the arrival date – Cancellation fee of the full deposit applies unless the property is re-booked for the full period of the booking. If the property is re-booked, the deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded.

The booking and deposit may be moved to other dates, provided it is for the same or more number of nights and for the same property, without charge (The tariff may change, subject to the time of the year and number of guests).

Peak periods.

Public holidays including Long Weekends, NSW School Holidays, Easter, Christmas, the State SLS Championships and Special Events.

Cancellations made 12 weeks or more before the arrival date –- Full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $200 cancellation fee then applies.

Cancellations made 12 weeks or less before the arrival date – Full deposit unless property is re-booked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies.

Part cancellations will not be accepted and final payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.

Please note that we cannot accept Bank Transfer payments for new reservations or final payments made within 6 days of arrival.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, etc., may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions charged by these sites. This is outside of Lakeshores control.

Babies & toddlers up to 2 years are N/C. Cot (supply own bedding) & high chair hire are extra. (Except Silver Waters Accommodation)
