**We may require all guests over the age of 16 be double vaccinated against covid19 (per government orders) **
If you or one of your group will not be fully vaccinated at this time, your booking may be cancelled or the unvaccinated person not able to travel and stay. This is out of our control and we will be guided by the Dept of Health at that time. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the person booking the accommodation to ensure all people in the group are fully vaccinated and able to travel. Lakeshores will not be held responsible if unvaccinated guests are unable to stay.

We understand circumstances are changing rapidly. If you have an existing booking with us made prior to 15th Sept), arriving within the next 14 days and you can no longer travel due to travel or vaccination restrictions that have been applied by any State Government, we will treat your Reservation as a Frustrated Contract - neither party at fault. We will apply the ACCC rules for frustrated contracts and will either move or postpone your reservation to a later date at no additional admin charge (seasonal rate changes may apply) or issue a refund on the full amount less a cancellation fee of 30%. We will also issue a similar refund for the total nights not stayed if the Government brings in new restrictions that reduces the length of a current stay.
Cancellations will not be accepted based on travel warning advice only, there must be mandated order.
Please note that we cannot accept Bank Transfer payments for new reservations or final payments made within 6 days of arrival.
Our Standard Refund Policy -
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking- Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.
Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the arrival date- Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies to cover our bank & merchant fees.
Cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival date– Cancellation fee of the full deposit applies unless the property is re-booked for the full period of the booking. If the property is re-booked, the deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
The booking and deposit may be moved to other dates, provided it is for the same or more number of nights and for the same property, without charge (The tariff may change, subject to the time of the year and number of guests).
Public holidays including Long Weekends, NSW School Holidays, Easter, Christmas, the State SLS Championships and Special Events.
Cancellations more than 12 weeks before the arrival date– Full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $200 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations less than 12 weeks before the arrival date– full deposit unless the property is rebooked for the full period of the booking for at least the same tariff. If the property is able to be re-booked a $200 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date – Cancellation fee of the full amount.
Part cancellations will not be accepted. The final payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, etc., may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions charged by these sites adn different to the above policies. This is outside of Lakeshores' control.
HOUSE RULES AND TERMS
When booking with us you agree to our abide by our House Rules such as tidying the property before departure and notifying us of any damages. We strive for transparent and fair communication.
