GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly, a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed, agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy. This registration requires your credit card details. Damages, breakages and excess cleaning charges, etc. will be charged to this Credit Card, if required.  If Credit Card details cannot be supplied, a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00, This will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state, no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached   The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed. FINAL PAYMENT:   The   full   balance   is   payable   at   least   7   days   prior   to   arrival.   This   includes   the   Security   Bond,   if   applicable.   (See   above)   We   will advise the balance outstanding before at least 7 days prior to arrival. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN & WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR SCHOOLIES, HEN OR STAG NIGHTS.   Excess   consumption   of   alcohol   and   any   drug   use   will   not   the   tolerated.   Failure   to   observe   these   conditions   will   result   in   the Police being called and immediate eviction with all payments forfeited. . Schoolies or any similar party bookings such as Buck’s or Hens parties will not be accepted. Any schoolies bookings carried out by parents or others to circumvent our terms and conditions will result in immediate eviction from the Property by our security contractors and local Police (if required). NUMBER OF GUESTS:   Exceeding   the   number   of   guests   booked   to   occupy   the   property   will   result   in   immediate   cancellation   of   the   booking   with   all payments forfeited. OUTSIDE NOISE: As our properties are in residential areas, all outside noise must cease by 10.00 p.m. all internal noise by 10.30 p.m.  and Guest’s visitors who are not booked to stay in the property must have left the premises by 11.00 pm. POOL HOURS : (where   applicable):   Pool   hours   are   STRICTLY   between   7.00   am   -   9.00   p.m.   and   all   outside   noise   must   cease   by   10.30 pm. CLEANING:   Whilst   the   cleaning   charge   on   each   reservation   covers   all   reasonable   cleaning   costs   all   excess   cleaning   costs,   unauthorised guests   and   all   breakages   and   damages,   regardless   of   cost,   MUST   be   paid   for   and   will   be   charged   to   the   Credit   Card   provided as   part   of   the   Guest   Registration   or   deducted   from   the   security   bond   with   any   additional   costs   over   and   above   the   amount   of   the bond, payable on demand. All   used   dishes   crockery,   cutlery   and   glassware   must   be   washed   and   the   BBQ   must   be   cleaned   after   use   with   any   remaining foodstuffs   scrapped   off   the   hot   plates   and   grill,   fat   splatter   removed   from   the   BBQ   and   surrounds   and   the   drip   tray   emptied   and washed in hot water. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for BBQs that are left uncleaned after use. GARBAGE: Lake   Macquarie   City   Council   has   recently   introduced   individual   kitchen   counter   food   and   organic   scraps   recycling   bins   to encourage households to recycle food waste. Organic   foodstuffs   -   Please   only   use   the   green   liner   bags   supplied   and   ensure   they   are   placed   into   the   Green   top   recycle bins   on   departure. The   bags   are   designed   to   break   down   quickly   and   if   left   in   the   counter   bins   can   cause   leakages   and odours. ...   If   you   put   organic   waste   or   any   food   stuffs   in   either   the   Red,   Black   or   Yellow   Top   bins,   the   bins   quickly   attract   flies, maggots and an offensive odour.  Whilst   the  green   top   bins    are   collected   weekly,   the red   or   black   top   bins   are   only   collected   fortnightly and   are   only   for   general waste   that   is   not   recyclable.   …   Nappies,   sanitary   and   similar   products,   empty   meat   packaging   ,   etc.,   are   to   be   wrapped   tightly and go in the red/black top bins. Yellow top bins  are collected fortnightly and for recyclable plastics and glass.  We   wouldn't   expect   you   to   have   to   re-bag   rubbish   and   put   it   into   the   correct   bin   so   please   don't   expect   our   staff   to   have   to   do   it. If we do need to so, a $50.00 fee will be charged. PETS:   Dogs   are   only   permitted   in   our   properties   clearly   defined   as   being   dog   friendly   and   only   if   the   additional   cleaning   charge   has been   paid   and   arranged   prior   to   arrival.   Animals   are   strictly   forbidden   within   Raffertys   Resort   as   it   is   within   a   National   Park where, by Law, animals are strictly forbidden. Cats and birds are strictly forbidden in all our properties. AMENITIES:   We   provide   Starter   Packs   of   tea,   coffee,   sugar,   toiletries,   toilet   paper,   etc.   only.   As   our   properties   are   self   catering,   by   law,   you need to bring your own bulk supplies. REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE:   Please   note   that   all   our   properties   are   individually   owned   and,   therefore   may   experience   or   have   maintenance   issues   and breakdowns   that   cannot   immediately   be   rectified,   just   like   your   own   home.   Please   advise   us   as   soon   as   you   become   aware   of any   such   problems   and   we   will   endeavour   to   have   them   rectified   as   quickly   as   possible.   Lakeshores   reserves   the   right   to   enter the property at any time to effect urgent repairs and maintenance issues or tasks, including pool and grounds maintenance. FORWARD RESERVATIONS:   Whilst   we   endeavour   to   forecast   the   economy,   we   reserve   the   right   to   charge   the   tariff   ruling   at   time   of   arrival   on   all   bookings made 3 months or more in advance. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE :   Check   -In   is   after   2.00   pm   (2.30pm   during   the   Christmas   New   Year   school   holiday   period)   &   Check-Out   is   10.00   am   unless   prior arrangements   have   been   made. Access   to   all   our   properties   is   via   a   security   coded   lockbox   and   we   will   contact   you   prior   to   your arrival with your pin number, instructions & directions to the property. All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. Please   note   that   we   cannot   accept   Bank   Transfer   payments   for   new   reservations   or   final   payments   made   within   7   days of arrival.
