FREE WiFi. This Large family home is situated in the beautiful suburb of Swansea, on a quiet suburban street but is still close to everything you will ever need. There is plenty of offstreet parking and room for your boat making it a perfect place if you want to come away for a fishing weekend or just a family getaway. There is a boat ramp less then 2 Kms from the house.
The lake is less than a 200m walk away (with great walking tracks) and the property is less than a 5-minute walk to the shopping centre which has a Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys and many more.
Anglers Abode has ducted air conditioning and is tastefully decorated, featuring a large Flat screen TV, DVD player upstairs in the lounge room. This room leads on to an undercover deck where you can relax and have meals outside using the small electric BBQ in all weather conditions. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar, plus plenty of seating for all in the lounge area.
The property has the kitchen leading off from the dining area. The fully equipped spacious kitchen has a full-size fridge, cooking range and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee machine.
Sleeping up to 8 people, the main bedroom in this home has a queen size bed with a mirrored robe and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is situated on the top level of the home. The main bath has a shower, bath and separate toilet.
The third bedroom is located downstairs with a tribunk (double on bottom, single on top) and another single bed, this room has a mirrored built in wardrobe, the room next door to this has a lounge, smart TV and is perfect for a second living area. There is also a 3rd bathroom downstairs and a fully equipped laundry with washing and drying facilities.
The outside area is great for kids to play, as there is a grassed area at the back of the home, and the front can be blocked off via use of the manual gates if required.

Sitting in an elevated position on a large waterfront lot, the home has been renovated internally and features two separate living and sleeping areas.
The main part of the house has a roomy, open plan living and kitchen area with double sliding doors onto an undercover balcony overlooking the jetty to 180 degree lake views. This level has 2 bedrooms, the main with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a shower with vanity area and a separate toilet.
The living areas is tastefully decorated with club sofas, a 7 pce dining suite, sound system and a large flat screen TV with FOXTEL. Free broadband WiFi is also included as is a phone landline with all local and overseas calls at no additional cost. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. This level also has a laundry with a washing machine.
There is also a separate studio under the house which has its own entry, with 3rd bedroom with a double bed, shower, separate toilet and a large living area with a double sleeper sofa for additional guests. This room also has a second TV.
Sleeping up to 8 people, Naomunga Jetty is ideal for 2 or 3 couples or 2 small families to share, or for the larger family with older children.
Besides the magnificent views, the other pièce de résistance is a jetty shared with the next door neighbour. Bring your boat or jet ski, launch it from one of boat ramps in the immediate area and then pick up the family from the property and tie up at your back door at the end of the day.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac, you could be anywhere in the world, yet you’re only 8 minutes away from late closing Supermarkets at Swansea, beautiful Caves Beach or, if you would like to visit the Newcastle harbour foreshores, you are only a little over a half hours drive away.

Caves Beach and its famous caves, are only a short walk away whilst Lake Macquarie is where you can go boating, sailing, swimming or fishing, is less than a 5 minute drive.
Featuring plenty of natural light, open plan living, on two levels, the master bedroom is located upstairs, with built in robes, en-suite and parents retreat.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen Size beds and ceiling fans whilst the 3rd bedroom has a tri-bunk with a Double bed with a Single bed above.
With narrow plank timber flooring throughout, the East facing L shaped lounge and dining area, provides plenty of open living space with ample seating, wall mounted TV, sound system and a bright, sunny atmosphere.
The fully renovated kitchen has granite bench tops, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the kitchen equipment you’ll need.
The bathroom has a bath with separate shower and a separate toilet.
Out the back there is a fully enclosed yard with a dog kennel, BBQ area, outdoor bush shower and access to the separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Whilst the garage is not available, there in room for 2 vehicles and an area that is ideal for a boat and trailer.
