FREE WIFI. Nestled in the charming grounds of Raffertys Resort, this modern home is the perfect spot for a family getaway.

Villa #27 is a modern 2 bedroom with loft villa, featuring air conditioning, Foxtel, a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom plus a large flat-screen TV. It is situated in the perfect location, as you can sit on the front veranda and still see the kids while they are at the tennis courts and kids playground while relaxing on the front veranda, you even get glimpses of the lake.

Loft: Two Single beds

Sleeping up to 6 guests, this well-maintained home features 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds, then there is a loft upstairs which has 2 single beds. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and cooktop, full-size fridge, a coffee machine and plenty of bench space. There are 2 bathrooms throughout the house, the main bathroom has recently been redone with a shower and toilet, then there is a second bathroom off the fully equipped laundry with another shower and toilet. There is a large table for formal dining in the centre of the open plan living area, and large comfy lounges in the living area where you can relax and watch some TV, alternatively, there is a large glass door that open out onto the veranda,  you can lay on the lounge with them open and enjoy a beautiful lake breeze and the peaceful sounds of the local birds. On the veranda, there is an outdoor setting where you can sit and have an afternoon wine or enjoy a meal outdoors, this villa also has its own private BBQ on site.

The resort is located right on the edge of beautiful Lake Macquarie, you have full access to all the onsite facilities, you can take advantage of the 4 swimming pools (one is heated), tennis courts, kids playground, direct lake access at the onsite boat ramp, restaurants along with the boat hire facilities and of course the joys of being able to take a stroll around the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The villa is also within driving distance to lots of local beaches and bushland walking tracks.
