Free Wifi Looking for a resort style holiday without the price tag? This modern, Hampton style accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Walk through the tropical palms to the entrance of your 3-bedroom accommodation in Raffetys Resort and you will feel immediately on holidays. Sleeping up to 6 people, The Lake House has all the luxuries and comforts you need for a weekend or longer away including air conditioning, Free Wifi, ceiling fans and access to all resort facilities including oasis pools, heated pool, tennis courts and onsite café and restaurant.

The upstairs master bedroom has king bed, bathroom, TV, DVD player, lounge, desk and kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, ceiling fans and verandas with treetop views.

The main bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity, with another toilet located downstairs. The downstairs living and dining room is tastefully decorated with air conditioning, Flat Screen TV, dining table and comfortable leather lounge.  

The kitchenette and laundry are equipped with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hot plate and utensils to cook some breakfast or prepare lunch or dinner. There is a café and restaurant on-site just 100m walk from The Lake House to enjoy some breakfast or seafood with lake views.  There are also laundry facilities for use during your stay.

The Lake House is conveniently located just a short walk to the main resort pool and restaurant. Raffetys Resort is located on the lakes edge just a 1.5-hour drive from Sydney with private lakeside beach, four oasis style pools, heated pool, tennis courts, private jetty, on-site café and restaurant, daily bird feeding and boat hire.

If required, there is additional studio apartment accommodation available to sleep in extra 4 people for larger groups.   

Please note: Parking is available on-site in the driveway or in the designated guest parking areas less than 100m to The Lake House. Entry is through the grand entry at the front of the house through the left sliding door.

This luxurious 6 bedroom home sits right on the edge of the lake in Raffertys Resort, with native bushland on one side, absolute lake views on the other and just a short stroll to the resorts main pool, tennis courts and on-site restuarant. This home has amazing lake views from both floors, huge entertaining areas and plenty of space for large or extended families, groups of friends or business trips.

This architecturally designed home provides luxury and ultimate lakefront indulgence and will be sure to impress you with it's open spaces and magnificent views. Watch the sun go down over the lake from the day beds on the balconies with a glass of wine - the ultimate relaxation for those looking to escape busy everyday life. The large undercover porch has a remote controlled sun roof and ample seating to enjoy a BBQ dinner. 

Accommodating up to 12 guests, this 6 bedroom home is air conditioned with free Wifi has two large living areas, both with views. The bottom floor of the home is wheel chair friendly. The upstairs lounge area features two large leather lounges and a 106cm Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix and DVD player. Downstairs, there is a seating area to sit, talk and enjoy the views and a large dining room table that comfortable seats 12 people. 

The large gourmet kitchen features granite benchtops, dishwasher, two door fridge, TV and Ipod docking station. It will appease any cook and is fully equipped. If you prefer, there is a Webber BBQ in the backyard for your use. The manicured fully fenced grounds are positioned for privacy, facing the expansive lake views.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, one with comfortable queen bed and ensuite with 18 jet spa bath, toilet and shower and the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. On this floor is the disabled access bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and also the fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and a 5th additional toilet.

The 2nd storey mirrors this layout - with three bedrooms and the master queen bedroom with ensuite and spa bath. Rooms also have ceiling fans and all bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. There is also a large study room with desk and lounge.

Pelican Escape is just a 30 second stroll to the main swimming pool, cafe and restuarant and is the only full front waterfront property in the resort. It's large grounds and luxury interiors are sure to impress any large group looking for a relaxing time away on the lake. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND THE PROPERTY MAY NOT BE USED AS A GATHERING SPOT OR MEETING VENUE FOR OTHER GUESTS STAYING IN THE AREA OR AT THE RESORT. Day visitors cannot exceed more than 6 people without additional charge. Additional day visitors over 10 people must be approved prior to check in. Additional charges will apply.
