Sleeping up to 8 people, this incredible home has all the modern comforts away from home and more.
Serenity has been beautifully renovated, with a light, coastal feel, beautiful lake breeze, modern touches, and stunning décor. The heart of the home is the large, airy living spaces that open out onto the huge deck and pool area. It is the perfect place to relax by the pool, enjoy a meal or BBQ, cook in the large kitchen, or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the relaxing vibes.
With two spacious lounge areas, this home is perfect for families with space for everyone to enjoy. The gourmet kitchen has a built-in pantry, microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge, and all the appliances and utensils needed to cook a meal. If cooking outside is more for you, there is also a BBQ. There is also an equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Heading upstairs is the ultimate parent's retreat. The master bedroom opens onto a beautiful, large veranda which gets beautiful breezes from the lake. There is a ceiling fan and a walk-in robe and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate seating area with a desk, which is perfect for those working away.

The home is just a short walk to the edge of the lake and fisherman’s coop. It is perfect for those who want to get away for fishing, boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Swansea is just a short 5-minute drive away from several beaches including Blacksmiths Beach and Caves Beach.
Parking is available in the driveway and on-street. There is plenty of parking for a boat.

There is plenty of offstreet parking and room for your boat making it a perfect place if you want to come away for a fishing weekend or just a family getaway. There is a boat ramp less then 2 kms from the house.
The lake is less than a 200m walk away and the property is less than a 5-minute walk to the shopping centre which has a Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys and many more.
Anglers Abode has ducted air conditioning and is tastefully decorated, featuring a large Flat screen TV, DVD player upstairs in the lounge room. This room leads on to an undercover deck where you can relax and have meals outside or cook on the gas BBQ. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar, plus plenty of seating for all in the lounge area.
The property has the kitchen leading off from the dining area. The fully equipped spacious kitchen has a full-size fridge, cooking range and a microwave oven.
Sleeping up to 10 people, the main bedroom in this home has a queen size bed with a mirrored robe and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is situated on the top level of the home. The main bath has a shower, bath and separate toilet.
The 3rd bedroom upstairs has two single beds.
The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with a tribunk (double on bottom, single on top) and another single bed. This room has a mirrored built in wardrobe, the room next door to this has a lounge, smart TV and is perfect for a second living area. There is also a 3rd bathroom downstairs and a fully equipped laundry with washing and drying facilities.
The outside area is great for kids to play, as there is a grassed area at the back of the home, and the front can be blocked off via use of the manual gates if required. The home is also pet friendly.

Treasure Island has a coastal-boho theme that helps you feel relaxed and calm on your getaway. The main bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen bed. If you feel like going exploring, there are patrolled beaches at Caves Beach and Blacksmiths, which are the surrounding suburbs and Newcastle is only half an hour from the home, where you can watch the ships sail into the harbour or take a walk along the ANZAC walk.

Bring your boat with you, as there is plenty of parking at the property, either under the carport or on the street and there is a boat ramp less then 100M from the property. There is also a jetty directly across the road from the house where you can dock your boat for short periods.
Reflections by the lake is only a short drive or walk from local shops such as Woolworths, Coles and Dan Murphys, if you would prefer a day at the shops Charlestown Square is approximately 25 minutes from the house and features many popular shops and entertainment.
