This large home was built in the 70s but has been renovated internally to enhance the space and location. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 180 degree views of the ocean and a private pool you will literally be surrounded by water! The fully fenced house is also dog friendly on application.
The upper floor hosts the main fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher. The downstairs kitchen with fridge is set up to assist you when you want to make the cup of coffee and relax in the large soft sofas while enjoying the view as well as assist you for when you BBQ out the back.
The two living areas provide private places to get together or have some time on your own. The upstairs living area also leads on to a covered sun room where you can just sit and admire the view amazing views and if you're lucky, spot some dolphins or whales!
The upstairs and downstairs living areas have air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and there are ceiling fans or pedestal fans throughout.

You can cook a delicious meal while you watch the waves crash at the beach in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space, a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel oven/cooktop, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen area is a table where you can sit indoors, or you can sit on the back balcony at the outdoor table. You can see amazing views of the ocean, lake, channel and all the way to the mountains, from the balcony, this area also has a BBQ. The open plan living area is air conditioned with a cosy lounge, flat screen tv and a small sitting area for you to read a book.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, all 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with a shower and toilet, plus a private balcony which is at the front of the house, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both the second and third bedroom have split queen beds, on request the default bedding configuration can be changed.
The downstairs area is open planned and can be used as a 4th bedroom or teenager retreat, it has 2 double sofa beds and a second TV. There is also a ping pong table to enjoy on a rainy day. The third bathroom is located down here with a shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry. There is a desk in this area if you need to work or study while you are away.
The home has a large garage and driveway for you to bring multiple cars or your boat, there are local boat ramps less than 5 minutes away at both Swansea and Blacksmiths. There is also a ping pong table in the garage for guests' use. The secure backyard is great for the kids to kick a ball around, you can even bring your dog along for the family holiday (outdoor only).
Located in Caves Beach, the home is only a short drive or walk to the local shops and cafes. You can walk to the patrolled beach which is located 300M down the road to explore the caves on low tide or attend an event at the Caves Beach Surf Club, or if the lake is more your thing, Swansea and Pelican are both less than 5 minutes away.

If you feel like going exploring, there are patrolled beaches at Caves Beach and Blacksmiths, which are the surrounding suburbs and Newcastle is only half an hour from the home, where you can watch the ships sail into the harbour or take a walk along the ANZAC walk.

Bring your boat with you, as there is plenty of parking at the property, either under the carport or on the street and there is a boat ramp less then 100M from the property. There is also a jetty directly across the road from the house where you can dock your boat for short periods.
Reflections by the lake is only a short drive or walk from local shops such as Woolworths, Coles and Dan Murphys, if you would prefer a day at the shops Charlestown Square is approximately 25 minutes from the house and features many popular shops and entertainment.
